Avocado Brownies

INGREDIENTS (makes 8)
• 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
• 1/2 cup hazelnut flour
• 1/2 cup raw cacao
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1 teaspoon pink salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/8 cup olive oil or coconut oil
• 1/2 cup raw honey
• 1 avocado
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 handful raw sprouted pumpkin seeds (optional)
• 1 handful unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
• Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.
• Combine together with a hand mixer.
• With the back of a spoon, gently press the pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes into the batter.
• Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
